Ingredients
  

  • 2 7 oz Can Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 Lb Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Lb Shredded Monterey Jack
  • 6-8 Large Eggs
  • 3 ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Flour

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  • Stir in mile and flour, add cheese and chilies
  • Pour into a 9 x 13 dish
  • Bake in the oven 50-60 minutes at 350, this can take longer depending on number of eggs
