Sheperds Pie
Lamb is required, but if you are in dire straights beef will work.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Mashed Potatoes Make your own if possible
- 1 lb Ground Lamb Beef is a VERY POOR SUBSTITUTE
- 1 Lg Onion
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Lg Green Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 large Pieshell Get as deep a pie crust as you can make or find
- 1 Can Corn
Instructions
- Preheat Oven 350
- Brush the egg white of one egg on the pie crust and place in the fridge for 15 m
- Cook onion, pepper, garlic separate.
- Cook Lamb until almost done, throw in onion/pepper mix & corn
- Place entire mix (potatoes and lamb) in the pie shell and cook until potatoes are brown on top. ~30M
