Sheperds Pie

Lamb is required, but if you are in dire straights beef will work.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Mashed Potatoes Make your own if possible
  • 1 lb Ground Lamb Beef is a VERY POOR SUBSTITUTE
  • 1 Lg Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lg Green Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 large Pieshell Get as deep a pie crust as you can make or find
  • 1 Can Corn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven 350
  • Brush the egg white of one egg on the pie crust and place in the fridge for 15 m
  • Cook onion, pepper, garlic separate.
  • Cook Lamb until almost done, throw in onion/pepper mix & corn
  • Place entire mix (potatoes and lamb) in the pie shell and cook until potatoes are brown on top. ~30M
