Chili Relleno Casserole
Great for breakfast or brunch
Equipment
- 1 9 x 13 dish
Ingredients
- 2 7 oz Can Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Lb Shredded Cheddar
- 1 Lb Shredded Monterey Jack
- 6-8 Large Eggs
- 3 ½ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Flour
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat eggs.
- Stir in mile and flour, add cheese and chilies
- Pour into a 9 x 13 dish
- Bake in the oven 50-60 minutes at 350, this can take longer depending on number of eggs
