Ingredients

1 Cup Water
1 Leaf Bay
1 Clove Garlic per Artichoke
1 Medium Artichoke Or as many as will fit
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Remove outer leaves from Artichoke, trim top, remove stem
Place water, bay leaf, and salt into Instant Pot
Add artichokes with a clove of garlic place in the center of each
Drizzle with lemon juice
Cook on high, 10M for small, 25M for large. Natural release 10M
