  • 1 Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Leaf Bay
  • 1 Clove Garlic per Artichoke
  • 1 Medium Artichoke Or as many as will fit
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Remove outer leaves from Artichoke, trim top, remove stem
  • Place water, bay leaf, and salt into Instant Pot
  • Add artichokes with a clove of garlic place in the center of each
  • Drizzle with lemon juice
  • Cook on high, 10M for small, 25M for large. Natural release 10M
