Cabbage and Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 Lg Smoke Sausage sliced
- 1 Lg Onion chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Head Cabbage chopped
- 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- Cook sausage
- Cook onion and garlic until soft, add cabbage, salt & pepper. Cover and cook until cabbage is soft. I like to add water to steam the cabbage while covered.
- Stir in vinegar, add sausage. Let simmer 5 more minutes.
