Cabbage and Sausage

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lg Smoke Sausage sliced
  • 1 Lg Onion chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage
  • Cook onion and garlic until soft, add cabbage, salt & pepper. Cover and cook until cabbage is soft. I like to add water to steam the cabbage while covered.
  • Stir in vinegar, add sausage. Let simmer 5 more minutes.
