Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
Cook sausage
Cook onion and garlic until soft, add cabbage, salt & pepper. Cover and cook until cabbage is soft. I like to add water to steam the cabbage while covered.
Stir in vinegar, add sausage. Let simmer 5 more minutes.
