Fish Soup

- 1 Lb Fish You pick, snapper, tilapia cod, etc.
- 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
- ΒΌ Cup Olive Oil Or other
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Large Green Pepper Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 Lb Can of Tomatoes
- 8 Oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Bag New Potatoes Quartered
Place cubed fish in a bowl with liquid smoke to rest for 30 Minutes
In the pot, brown Onion and Green Pepper in oil, add garlic at the end
Place all other ingredients into the pot, bring to a boil and simmer another 20 minutes
Test Potatoes. When they are almost done, add the fish and cook another 3-5 minutes.
Serve with tabasco, add salt & pepper to taste
