Instructions
If fish is frozen, thaw
Pre-heat broiler with rack 6 inches away
Crinkle sheet of aluminum foil (to keep fish from sticking)
Place fish on the foil, skin side down and sprinkle with salt
Broil 8-10 minutes until surface is blistered and slightly brown
Serve with a mix of Soy and Yuzu sauce and a side of lemon
