Instant Pot Lamb Shanks

Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown lamb shanks on high heat to lock in flavor with olive oil, salt and pepper
Saute onions, add the garlic near the end with all spices
Add chicken stock to instant pot, add lamb and onion mix
Cook 36 minutes high, 15 minutes natural release
Notes
Great with spaetzle or potatoes. Use the remaining juices for gravy topping.
