Equipment

  • 1 Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag New Potatoes I prefer the multi-colored ones
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Place potatoes and all ingredients into Instant Pot
  • Cook high pressure 15M, quick release
