Kasespatzle - Cheese Spaetzle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Spaetzle Boil with salt
  • 10 oz Emmental Cheese
  • 1 Lg Onion
  • 4 Tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel onion and cut into rings. Heat 2 Tbsp of butter and saute onions on medium heat until brown. Watch carefully as they can burn.
  • Mix cheese, remaining butter, onions until cheese is fully melted.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
