Shepard's Pie
A classic that must be made with lamb only. Beef is not an acceptable substitute.

- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3 Large White Potatoes
- 1 Large Onion Chopped
- 1 ⅐ Cups Frozen mixed vegetables or green peas
- 1 Lb Ground Lamb
- ½ Cup Beef Broth or Lamb Broth
- 1 Shake Worcester Sauce
Boil and mash potatoes
Pre-heat Oven to 400℉
In a separate skillet, cook the onion with olive oil
Add lamb to the onions and cook but not too much
Add Worcester and broth, cook 10 minutes on low
Place meat mixture in a 9x13 pan, layer potatoes on top
Cook for 30 minutes, you can broil at the end to make the top crispy
