Super Blend
Mix this ahead of time and use as a Pasta replacement. It tastes much better and can be topped with shrimp, asparagus, green beans, or the topping of your choice. I'm fond of cooked asparagus tips with garlic and baby tomatoes, sprinkled with feta cheese.

- 1 Lb Pearled Couscous
- 1 Lb Orzo
- 1/2 Lb Quinoa Can be red or white
- 1/2 Lb Baby split Garbanzo beans "chana dal"
For Cooking the Super Blend
- 3 ½ Cup Chicken Broth You veggies can use Veg Broth
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 ½ Cup Super Blend Mix
Cooking the Super Blend
Bring chicken broth to a boil
Stir in Super Blend and butter
Cook covered on low, stirring frequently as it has a tendency to stick to the pan
