Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Chicken Breasts Diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Because everything is better with honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tsp Minced Fresh Ginger You can substitute ginger powder in a pinch
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Corn Starch

Instructions
 

  • Brown chicken cubes in olive oil
  • Whisk together remaining sauce ingredients in another bowl
  • Stir sauce into cooked chicken until sauce thickens (less than a minute)
  • Serve over rice with fukiaki or sesame seeds and onions
