You can substitute ginger powder in a pinch

Instructions
Brown chicken cubes in olive oil
Whisk together remaining sauce ingredients in another bowl
Stir sauce into cooked chicken until sauce thickens (less than a minute)
Serve over rice with fukiaki or sesame seeds and onions
